r/Mcat usually says that physics is just memorizing the formulas. So any route you go is fine. 1101/1102 is autotutorial. While 2207/2208 is lecture based. 2207/1102 was the "best" route for a couple of years. But the teaching staff for 2207 has changed. So do 1101/1102 to be safe.
